END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: July 2026 Licensor: LD Services (referred to as "Licensor", "We", "Us", or "Our") Licensee: The individual or entity purchasing/using the Software (referred to as "Licensee", "You", or "Your")

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "License") carefully before downloading, installing, or using any software, scripts, UI configurations, or website code provided by LD Services (collectively referred to as the "Software").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase, download, install, or use the Software.

1 LICENSE GRANT & PERMITTED USE

Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and run the Software solely for Your own personal or business operations under the following conditions:

Single Project/Server Limit: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in Your invoice, each purchased copy of the Software is licensed to be installed and run on exactly one (1) active production server or domain.

Modifications: You are permitted to modify the source code of the Software solely to customize it for Your server configuration or aesthetic preferences. Modified code remains the property of the Licensor and is still governed by this Agreement.

2 RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED ACTIONS

You are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following. Violating these restrictions will result in immediate termination of Your license and potential legal action:

No Redistribution: You may not copy, share, distribute, lease, sub-license, host, or make the Software publicly accessible on any forum, repository (including public GitHub repositories), or "leaks" website.

No Reselling: You may not sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Software, whether in its original state or modified.

No Derivative Works: You may not package parts of this Software to create competing products or services.

No Copyright Removal: You must not alter, remove, or obscure any copyright notices, branding tags, digital signatures, or licensing stamps embedded within the Software's code.

3 REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the Software (which provides immediate access to source code upon purchase):

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once the digital file has been downloaded or assigned.

Chargebacks & Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through payment gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, Revolut, or bank institutions) will result in immediate suspension of Your client portal account, revocation of all licensed Software, and blacklist placement across affiliated communities.

4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

In no event shall the authors, creators, or copyright holders of LD Services be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

5 TERMINATION

This License Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in Your possession.

6 GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates (Greece / European Union), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
